Attention Graduates!
Commencement is just ONE week away – THURSDAY JUNE 23rd!
Here is some VERY important information to help you get ready for that night:
- Graduation Souvenir Packages (gown, cap, tassel and 2 tickets) will be sent home with students TOMORROW (Friday June 17). Students who have purchased a package will receive it during their Period A class. Students who do not have a period A class can pick up their package in the Guidance Office.
- Unfortunately, we have no extra gowns left for students to purchase. Students are not required to wear a gown to the ceremony.
- Additional tickets that have been purchased through School Day will be distributed through homerooms on Monday June 20th.
- Please let the school know if you are no longer able to attend Commencement (up to and including the day of) so that the necessary changes can be made. A reminder that if you are feeling unwell the day of you should stay home.
On the Night Of:
- The ceremony will start at 6:30 p.m. SHARP.
- Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
- Grads need to arrive at the Woolwich Memorial Centre by 5:45 p.m. in order to receive instructions.
- We ask that students NOT bring any extra belongings to the ceremony. If phones/purses are brought, please have a guest hold onto them for you or keep them with you during the ceremony.
