Dear Students and Families, 

 

We are pleased to share our year end plan for the return of loaned items (textbooks, musical instruments, art supplies, etc.) and Chromebooks for those students not returning to EDSS or a school within the WRDSB in September.  

 

All grade 12 students who have booked an appointment time for the graduation celebration are asked to return their Chromebooks and resources at that time.  Graduates who need to keep their Chromebook/resources in order to complete coursework may return these items according to the schedule outlined below.

 

Resources should be returned according to the following schedule:

Thursday June 24	8:00am – 11:00am	Surname A – D
	11:30am – 2:30pm	Surname E – L
Friday June 25	8:00am – 11:00am	Surname M – R
	11:30am – 2:30pm	Surname S – Z
Monday June 28	8:00am – 11:00am	All alpha (make up date)

 

There is no need to book an appointment during your allocated time slot. The designated dates and time frames should be strictly adhered to. Please only arrive on your designated date and window of time.

 

Resources will be collected in the portables in the staff parking lot (off Brubacher St.).  Please follow the posted signage and instructions from staff when you arrive during your allocated time slot.  Please also note that health and safety protocols and outdoor gathering limits must be followed.  Students/families must wear a mask when returning resources and the outdoor gathering limit of 10 must be adhered to at all times.
