As the School Immunization program was interrupted during the COVID‐19 pandemic, the
Region of Waterloo is collaborating with schools to provide secondary school students easy
access to catch up on their publicly funded vaccines at their schools.
The Immunization Clinic at EDSS will take place on Monday, April 17th and Tuesday, April 18th
from 8:10 am – 2:30 pm in the cafeteria.
If your Grade 10 is planning on having an immunization at this clinic, they are encouraged to do
so on Monday, April 17th as Grade 10s are writing the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test
(OSSLT) on Tuesday, April 18th.
YOU MUST COMPLETE AN ONLINE CONSENT FORM IF YOU WANT YOUR CHILD TO BE
VACCINATED AT THE CLINIC.
