Immunization Letters

Students who are in need of having their record of immunizations completed or updated (as of April 1) have had their names placed on a list that was shared with our school.
Letters are being distributed to affected students in their home rooms. Please note that schools are unable to collect immunization records. If your child is affected, and has been given a letter to share with you, please arrange for immunization records to be updated and/or shared with Public Health at your earliest convenience.

The Public Health clinic schedule is posted at www.regionofwaterloo.ca/ph and they can be reached by telephone at 519-575-4400 Ext. #5001.
