October 18th, 2023
Parents and/or Guardians are invited to attend Meet the Teacher Night (TONIGHT) on Wednesday, October 18th from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Teachers will be able to provide further details to the information contained on the Interim Report (received in period A classes Monday, October 16)
Teachers will be located in the Gymnasium and Cafeteria. Please limit your discussion that evening to 5 minutes per teacher. Should you wish for a more-in-depth discussion with the teacher, please do not hesitate to schedule an additional meeting at a later date.
Also – EDSS students in the Elmira Volunteer Society are running a Teddy Bear drive! This is a student-led initiative that will be donating new and gently used toys, crafts, blankets, clothing, and more to Grand River Hospital and Anselma House.
If you would like to donate, you can send your donation with your child to school before Friday (collection is outside the cafeteria at lunch) or you can bring it to Meet the Teacher Night! There will be a collection bin Wednesday night in the Front Foyer for all your generous donations!
