On Thursday, March 30^th, the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test will be written in all high schools in Ontario.  At Elmira, over 400 students will be involved and the timetable for the day will be altered.  Letters providing details of the day were sent home with students on March 21^st.  Those students who are writing the Literacy Test should be at the school no later than 8:15 am and ideally at 8 am.  During the morning, there will be no regular classes.   Students not writing the Literacy Test should report to the cafeteria for quiet study.  In the afternoon, teachers will be available in classrooms to provide tutorial assistance.  Teachers will be communicating with their classes the times and locations of tutorial assistance.

Please be advised Interim Reports will be distributed on Tuesday, March 28^th.  Parent’s Night will be held on Thursday, March 30^th from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.
