Hello Grads!
We are excited to announce an outdoor celebration for EDSS Graduates on Tuesday June 22 and Wednesday June 23!
Grads will be given the opportunity to walk across a stage set up in the staff parking lot and take photos with family members at a photo booth. We will also have a gift package to distribute to grads, as well as, the Grad Souvenir Package (if purchased) at this time.
Please use THIS GOOGLE FORM to secure a time slot for the celebration. Once you have chosen your 1 hour time slot you will then receive further communication with a specific appointment time within that hour (5 minutes in length). Please complete this form by Tuesday June 15.
When you arrive you will be directed to a numbered parking spot where you will wait your turn to walk across the stage and take photos. Due to strict health & safety guidelines:
- you will be asked to wait in your vehicle until your turn and leave immediately after in order to meet current outdoor gathering limits
- please limit to one vehicle (or 5 persons) per grad
- only members of the same household will be permitted to be in the same photo
We will also be taking this opportunity to collect all resources and Chromebook. Please bring your Chromebook & charger and any classroom resources (i.e. textbooks/instruments/art supplies/etc.) at this time.

ALL Grade 12 students MUST book a time to visit the school if you wish to participate in the Grad Celebration.

We also request that all grads, whether attending the year end celebration or not, complete this EDSS GRADE 12 COMMENCEMENT SURVEY.
