January 2024 Exam Schedule

The January 2024 – Exam Schedule has been posted.

    • Monday, January 29th is an Exam & Evaluation Day for a select number of classes.  Teachers without exams will invite students who need to complete course requirements during the appropriate class period.
    • Tuesday, January 30th is an Evaluation Day.  Teachers will invite students who need to complete course requirements.
    • Wednesday, January 31st is an Exam & Evaluation Day for a select number of classes.  Teachers without exams will invite students who need to complete course requirements during the appropriate class period.

Severe Weather Days Information

During the Exam & Evaluation Days buses will run their regularly scheduled routes.  However, if school transportation is impacted (cancelled) due to inclement weather in any geographic area of the WRDSB, the exam schedule in all secondary schools will be postponed by one day.

  • In the event of a transportation cancellation, all exams or evaluations will be ‘shifted’ one school day (i.e. the Exam & Evaluation Day scheduled for Monday, January 29th will move to Tuesday, January 30th, Tuesday, January 30th will move to Wednesday, January 31st)
  • The PD Day on Thursday, February 1st will not move.  As a result, exams and evaluations scheduled on Wednesday, January 31st will move to Friday,  February 2nd.
