In the coming weeks, Public Health will be sending out Suspension Orders to students over 16 years of age and to the parents/guardians of students under 16 years of age who continue to have incomplete vaccination records with Public Health. If you receive a letter, you must update your (or your child’s) records with Public Health, or you/your child may be suspended from school.
Updated records must be received by Public Health before 4:30 p.m. on Monday April 6, 2026 to avoid suspension.
Suspensions for students with incomplete records start on Thursday April 9, 2026.

- Booking an appointment with your doctor to receive required vaccinations
- Submitting up-to-date records online at Vaccine Reporting – Region of Waterloo
