Your student will be receiving a copy of their Grad Summary on Monday March 30th. This summary provides a detailed overview of their progress toward graduation.
We encourage you to review the summary together with your student to ensure the information is accurate.
As you review the summary, please consider the following:

Course selections for next year: Please review carefully. Course selection for next year is closed at this time but if there are major concerns please have your student book an appointment to meet with their guidance counsellor.

SHSM students: If you have questions about your student’s progress toward completing their SHSM, please book an appointment with their Guidance Counsellor or contact the SHSM lead teacher. The SHSM summary can be found on the second page.

Graduating students: Please review the summary carefully to confirm your student is on track to graduate. The Guidance Counsellor may have included important notes—check for any errors or required actions.

French substitutions: These are often not entered until after Grade 11. If your student requires a French substitution, the summary may still indicate that French is needed.
There is no need to return the summary. If you or your student have any questions or would like to request changes to course selections, please have your student book an appointment with Guidance.
