Dear Parents, Guardians, and Incoming EDSS Grade 9 Students,
To beat the first-day-of-school rush, we will be holding an early pickup event at EDSS in August for all students who have opted in:
Pickup Details:
- Dates: Tuesday, August 25 & Wednesday, August 26, 2026
- Time: 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM (Both days)
- Location: The “U” driveway at EDSS (4 University Ave W, Elmira, ON)
What to Bring to Pickup: Please bring a form of identification for the student (such as a passport, health card, or student ID).
Please note: If you miss the June 8 deadline, you can fill out a paper form at the August pickup, but no device will be handed out to you that day. The form must be processed in the system afterward, and a device will only be assigned at the start of school if inventory permits. This event is strictly for Chromebook distribution.
