In September, we sent out a copy of your student’s data to verify that the information is accurate and up to date. As part of a data review, we are sending an updated copy of your student’s Data Verification Form home with them today. This form verifies your child’s personal information as well as your contact and emergency contact preferences. This information will be used as part of our family portal initiative, which will be implemented in the future.

Please review the information sent home today, make appropriate changes, sign the bottom of the form and return to the school by March 28, 2024.

If you have not had any changes to the information contained in the form you do not need to return the form.
