Course Selection Information for 2025-2026
It is that time of year again when students need to think about selecting courses for the next school year!
Students have until February 28 to complete their course selection for the 2025-2026 school year.
Please review the guidance website for all course selection resources. On the website you will find an infographic with links to everything that is needed for the course selection process.
Students are encouraged to research first then log into MyBlueprint to submit courses. Students needing assistance with the technology piece can attend a lunch hour session or wait until guidance counsellors visit the classroom. Guidance appointments are reserved for students who have done some research on their own first and still have questions about pathways and which courses to select.
- January 13th – MyBlueprint opens for course selection. Classroom teachers distribute the course guide to students and share the infographic.
- January 21, 23 and February 11, 12, 13, 26, & 27 – Lunch hour course selection workshops. Students can drop into these sessions to ask questions and GCs will be there to help them enter their courses. They need to bring their chromebook.
- February 4th and 5th – Course Promotion Assemblies by Grade in the cafeteria. Guidance counsellors will review details and course offerings.
- February 18-20 – Classroom visits. Guidance Counsellors will visit all grade 9, 10 and 11 classrooms to assist with course selection.
- February 28 – Course Selection and approval is DUE! Students need to submit course selection & parent/guardian email is sent for approval.
