EDSS Electronic Waste Collection April 15-26, 2019
Help Us Go Green! Help us support Camp Oochigeas!
EDSS is hosting a FREE electronic waste collection event to help raise money for Camp Oochigeas! If you have unwanted electronics collecting dust at your home or workplace – bring them to the EDSS Main Office and we’ll ensure they are safely and responsibly recycled!
We have partnered with Greentec for this event. Greentec is committed to providing the most effective
disposal processes for electronic waste — because they are passionate about preserving natural resources, reducing environmental pollution, and protecting your privacy. They are experts in the field of secure data destruction and electronics recycling services.
Not only will you be helping to divert potentially harmful items from ending up in landfill sites, your
equipment will be securely recycled at Greentec’s certified and compliant facility in Cambridge.
We are running this event in memory of Colton Kuepfer as past student at EDSS, who recently passed
away from a five year battle with bone cancer. Camp Oochigeas provides fun and meaningful experiences to approximately 800 children affected by cancer each year at no cost to their families. Please help us to make a difference in the lives of children affected by childhood cancer. If you don’t have electronic waste but still want to support this worthy cause, you can make a donation in memory of Colton at https://bit.ly/2Ipyude.
Support EDSS efforts to help Camp Oochigeas and support the environment by recycling your electronics.
Help us go green and help us raise money for Camp Ooch, where kids with cancer can just be kids!
