Registration Information for Out-of-Board Students

After completing the online registration form the administration from EDSS will be in contact for a virtual meeting to show the required documentation. Please complete the appropriate course selection worksheet below and email it to the guidance secretary denise_jette@wrdsb.ca.

*Please note that the WRDSB online registration form for the next school year may not be available until mid-January.

Registration information for current or previous WRDSB Students

*Note if a student has ever attended a WRDSB school then this is the registration process that needs to be completed

Please complete the fillable PDF registration form and the appropriate course selection page. Email this information to the guidance secretary denise_jette@wrdsb.ca. Administration will be in contact for a virtual meeting to show documentation to complete the registration. If registration cannot be emailed please either mail it to EDSS or hand deliver it to EDSS. You will need to call the school when you are here and someone will meet you at the doors.

The following documentation must be emailed to the EDSS guidance secretary denise_jette@wrdsb.ca

  • completed PDF Registration Form (unless you are an out of board and submitted the online version)

  • course selection worksheet (see options below)

  • IEP where applicable

  • Transcript OR Credit Counselling Summary (preferred) OR a Recent Report Card

The following documents must be shown while dropping off your registration or during a virtual interview with EDSS administration. Please do not email copies of these documents.

  • Birth Certificate, OR Permanent Resident Card, OR Passport, OR Canadian Citizenship Card

  • Proof of Address (Utility bill, OR a bill with a full name and address, OR a copy of offer to purchase a residence OR a copy of a lease/rental agreement)
