This year we are excited to introduce the Lancer Teaching and Learning Frameworks to the EDSS community.  Last year, our staff developed these culturally responsive frameworks that focus on creating high expectations for all students in a supportive and equitable learning environment.  Our hope as a staff is that these frameworks will engage students in the learning process and challenge them to reach their highest potential.
	We are excited to share our new Learning and Improvement Plan, designed to support every student’s growth, success, and overall experience. This plan focuses on three main areas that are essential to fostering a positive and thriving learning environment; safety and belonging, student achievement, and student engagement.
	At EDSS we are committed to creating a positive, respectful, and safe environment for all students. Our  Student Code of Conduct sets clear expectations to help everyone in our school community thrive academically, socially, and personally. It outlines the values of respect, responsibility, and integrity that we strive to uphold, along with guidelines for behavior that support these goals. By working together, we can make our school a place where everyone feels valued and empowered to succeed!
