Summer School 2026

Grade 9 – 12 Secondary Credit programs
- runs from Monday, June 29th, 2026 to Friday, July 24th, 2026 (Wed., July 1st is a holiday – Canada Day)
- runs from 8:30 – 3:00 every day
- credits will be offered in-person (site TBD) or in eLearning format
  (note: not all credits will be offered in both formats)
- registration begins March 9th and closes May 22nd – registration is completed through a student’s home school Guidance department – please begin these conversations with your home school Guidance counsellor in advance of registration opening

Secondary Summer School Co-op program
- placements run from Monday, June 29th, 2026 to Friday, July 24th, 2026 (Wed., July 1st is a holiday – Canada Day)
- 5 mandatory orientation / pre-placement meetings will occur prior to start of placements, on Saturdays in April / May / June
- registration will open mid-February and close shortly after March Break – registration is completed through your student’s home school Guidance department – please begin these conversations with your Guidance Counsellor in advance of registration opening

Only WRDSB students currently registered in the 2025/2026 school year are eligible
Students are only able to access their Google accounts from within Canada. Students traveling internationally will not be able to access their Google accounts until their return to Canada.
Bussing will be provided for all of our Elementary and Secondary students. However, please note that Summer School buses cover a large geographic area and parents/guardians will need to make arrangements to get their children to and from centralized bus stops. This is applicable in rural settings as well.
